Absolute Relaxation at Rosaleda Country House

Highly recommended. It has met all our expectations, especially because of the tranquility in the area and the opportunity to explore the nearby reservoirs and El Chorro. We even managed to spend a day at the beach since it's not far away. However, what we truly enjoyed was the pool, especially in the evening when the weather was great. The house is very charming, and you can tell they take care of all the details to make sure nothing is missing. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, both the house itself, its garden, and the pool.
Probably the best rural accommodation we've ever stayed in, quality in every sense. It's definitely worth it, and we'll surely come back.

Cancellation Policy Rosaleda Country House
Once the reservation is confirmed, the following stipulations will apply:
Refund of the Advance Payment
If the cancellation of your reservation occurs more than 60 days before the arrival date, the advance payment will be refunded.
If the cancellation of your reservation occurs between 59 days and 30 days prior to the arrival date, the advance payment will not be refunded but will remain as a deposit for your next reservation.
Reservation Fee for Cancellation
If the cancellation of your reservation occurs between 29 days and 15 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If the cancellation of your reservation occurs within the 14 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Upon your arrival, you should inspect the house, its facilities, and the surroundings to ensure that everything is in order and functioning correctly. If you notice any damage, deterioration, or malfunction of the house's facilities, you should inform the property as soon as possible so that the reported issues can be addressed.
Once you are settled in the house, no refunds will be provided, even if your stay is cut short.
Charges for Damages, Misuse, or Negligence
If there is any damage, malfunction, or missing items, etc., you should inform the property as soon as possible.
If, upon check-out, any damage is observed as a result of misuse or negligence by the customers to any of the house's facilities, its belongings, gardens, pool, etc., it will be assessed, and the cost will be deducted from the previously deposited security deposit or charged to your credit card, which you have expressly authorized for such charges in case of breakage or damage caused by the customer.
Cancellation Due to Unauthorized Visitors
Visitors are not allowed during your stay. If there are more people, adults or children, present during your stay than the number you had informed the property about when making your reservation, it will be grounds for cancellation of your reservation. The property reserves the right to cancel the reservation, and the guests must vacate the house as soon as possible, without any right to compensation.

We accept a maximum of 3 pets per house and reservation.
Pet Stay: 15.00 euros per pet per night.

If there is any damage caused by the pet or excessive dirt, the damage will be assessed, and it will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to your associated credit card.
